Founded by Majoy Dacia, the practice draws on more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales, training, and performance development. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations strengthen their sales operations, improve conversion performance, and build teams that deliver consistent revenue results—even in a rapidly evolving, AI-driven business environment.

My professional experience includes working with globally recognized hospitality brands such as Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, The Peninsula Hotels, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Swissotel, Le Meridien, and Holiday Inn, along with financial services experience at Wells Fargo.
